FAQ: FAQ

What is coaching?

A life coach is someone professionally trained to help you reach your full potential and desired results. They are like a supportive friend. Life coaching will push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.

So what does a life coach do? Unlike a consultant who gives you advice or suggestions and tells the client what to do, a life coach helps you with personal goals and transitions in many areas of your life and finding the answers within you.

They help you grow by analyzing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs and other potential obstacles or blocks that come up and devising a custom plan of action to help you achieve the outcomes you want.

I’m a Certified Life Coach, not a physician, psychiatrist or medical professional. I’ve been trained to provide guidance, emotional support and encouragement. I help clients reach their personal goals but I can’t diagnose or treat illnesses. Life coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for licensed counseling, medical advice or substance abuse treatment. Additionally we do have referral sources for practitioners locally should  you want a referral out or an issue arrises past my depths during a session.

Can I book an Intake Session?
